A Bit About Me

I'm an interactive media designer/developer living in Auckland, New Zealand. Since finishing my undergraduate degree in 2008, (Bachelor of Communications AUT, Digital Media major) I have been working pretty much full time. With experience in both frontend design and backend development for the web I have a great range of skills. Also, I have produced numerous Flash applications for CD-ROM and desktop (see right for a full list of skills).

I enjoy both the creative and technical sides of digital media and prefer working as a part of a team. To sum it all up, I love building things and I'm not happy unless I'm learning something new.

When I'm not at the computer, staring at a wall of code, I practise yoga, run in the bush, travel to far away places, watch films, and drink beers.

On the horizon

In the near future I'm looking to join a team of creatives and developers and gain some intensive industry experience. I'm keen to expand my working knowledge of the web and brush up on my design and animation skills.

In the distant future I hope to earn a Masters degree from a yet undecided university; probably outside NZ. Someday I would also like to manage my own ace team, and produce work with an emphasis on the arts.
